blogGenie provides SEO-optimized blog writing and management services. We strive to deliver high-quality content tailored to your business needs.
2. Delivery Schedule
Blogs will be delivered on the 15th and 30th of each month. In the event that these dates fall on a weekend or public holiday, the content will be delivered on the next business day.
3. Subscription and Payment
Your subscription to blogGenie is billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide high-quality content and improve your online presence, blogGenie does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to increased traffic, leads, or sales.
7. Content Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the rights to the content we create for you. blogGenie reserves the right to use the content for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information provided to blogGenie will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Modifications to Terms
blogGenie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers and will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sydney, Australia.
